    Developments of concept for waste(water) processing and sanitation, technology choices, anaerobic technology for processing of domestic and industrial wastewater and organic residues, new sanitation.


    Iemke Bisschops (MSc Wageningen Universiteit) has been working for LeAF since  2001. She is involved in the execution and management of consultancy and research projects in the Netherlands and abroad, especially in the field of domestic and industrial wastewater treatment, concepts for New Sanitation, and processing of organic residues. The projects have a focus on the recovery of resources such as water, energy and nutrients. Local conditions play a key role when determining the best treatment concept and choosing the most appropriate technologies.
